In Thursday's non-league match, the Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA) volleyball squad tipped the host Craig County Rockets (New Castle, VA), by a count of 2-1.
Next up, the Green Waves confront the Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 7. Narrows will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Maroon Tide enter the match with a 10-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over George Wythe (Wytheville, VA).
The Rockets (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA). The Mustangs enter the non-league match with a 8-4 record.
