The Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Aces now possess a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to First Flight for a bout on Tuesday, October 8.

With the loss, Currituck County drops to 8-8 on the campaign. The Knights host Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC) to clash with the Panthers in a bout on Tuesday, October 8. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 5-6.
