In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Timberlake Tigers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Riverside Rams.
The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Priest River (Priest River, ID). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 9-1 record.
Next, the Rams meet the St. George's Dragons (Spokane, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 5. Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Dragons enter the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Chewelah (Chewelah, WA).
