In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Sunnyside Christian Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Walla Walla Valley Academy Knights.

The Knights (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Granger (Granger, WA). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Granger beat Columbia (Burbank, WA), 5-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Touchet Redhawks (Touchet, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Walla Walla Valley Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Redhawks enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Dayton (Dayton, WA).
