Central Square Redhawks (Central Square, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Auburn Maroons (Auburn, NY), 4-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Central Square advances its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Redhawks host East Syracuse-Minoa (East Syracuse, NY) to clash with the Spartans in a SCAC Metro test on Tuesday, October 8. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 10-1. East Syracuse-Minoa won 3-0 in their recent league test against Jamesville-DeWitt (DeWitt, NY)

The Maroons now have a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jordan-Elbridge for a non-league test on Saturday, October 5.
