In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Charlevoix Rayders soccer squad scored a nice 13-1 victory over the Cheboygan Chiefs.

The Rayders (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Elk Rapids (Elk Rapids, MI). The Elks go into the Lake Michigan outing with a 12-6 record. In their last outing, Elk Rapids prevailed over Grayling (Grayling, MI), 2-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Chiefs confront the Harbor Springs Rams (Harbor Springs, MI) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, October 8. Cheboygan will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Rams go into the outing with a 8-7 record after their 6-0 league win over Boyne City (Boyne City, MI).
