The Flint Hill Huskies soccer team (Oakton, VA), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Thursday's non-league match with the host Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers (Washington, DC)
With the triumph, Georgetown Day moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Mighty Hoppers travel to Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC) to meet the Quakers in a MAC match on Monday, October 7. The Quakers come into the match with a record of 4-6.
The Huskies now sport a 2-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Andrew's Episcopal for a non-league match on Tuesday, October 8. Flint Hill will meet a Lions team coming off a 1-1 league Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Lions record now stands at 4-4.
