With the win, Bandys improves its record to 16-7 on the season. The Trojans host West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC) to face the Warriors in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A test on Tuesday, October 8. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 1-16. West Caldwell lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC)

The Red Devils now own a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bunker Hill for a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A test on Tuesday, October 8. Newton-Conover will face a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Maiden (Maiden, NC). The Bears record now stands at 5-14.
