With the win, Woodside improves its record to 11-1 on the season. The Wolverines host Indian River (Chesapeake, VA) to encounter the Braves in a non-league test on Monday, October 7. The Braves go into the test with a record of 11-3. Indian River won 3-0 in their recent league test against King's Fork (Suffolk, VA)

The Bruins now own a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage for a Peninsula test on Monday, October 7.
