South Carolina High School Volleyball - Bishop England May River

May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, May River improves its record to 13-7 on the season. The Sharks host Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC) to face the Seahawks in a AAAA Region 7 test on Tuesday, October 8. The Seahawks go into the test with a record of 8-19. Hilton Head Island lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC)

The Battling Bishops now own a 18-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colleton County for a AAAA Region 7 test on Monday, October 7. Bishop England will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Beaufort (Beaufort, SC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-10.
