North Carolina High School Volleyball - Bunn over Nash Central

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Bunn Wildcats (Bunn, NC) and the visiting Nash Central Bulldogs (Rocky Mount, NC), observed Bunn's volleyball team top Nash Central by a tally of 3-0.

The Wildcats (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Franklinton (Franklinton, NC). The Red Rams enter the The Big East 2A/3A contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Franklinton was beaten by Northern Nash (Rocky Mount, NC), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Louisburg Warriors (Louisburg, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, October 7. Nash Central will attempt to better on its 9-8 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 3-2 league win over South Granville (Creedmoor, NC).
