The Defenders now possess a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mintz Christian Academy for a CCAA bout on Monday, October 7. Christ the Cornerstone Academy will clash with a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league win over Temple Christian (Rockingham, NC). The Lions record now stands at 19-1.

With the loss, Grace Christian drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Antioch Christian Academy (Lumberton, NC) to clash with the Gators in a CCAA bout on Thursday, October 10. The Gators come into the bout with a record of 4-3.
