California High School Volleyball - Encina over Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Encina Bulldogs (Sacramento, CA) and the visiting Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning Fire Wolves (Nevada City, CA), observed Encina's volleyball team top Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning by a count of 3-1.

The Bulldogs (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Lake Christian (Auburn, CA). The Falcons enter the Central Valley California League contest with a 11-13 record. In their last contest, Forest Lake Christian notched a victory over Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning (Nevada City, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Fire Wolves meet the Sacramento Waldorf Waves (Fair Oaks, CA) in a Central Valley California League contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Waves enter the contest with a 8-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Foresthill (Foresthill, CA).
