Arkansas High School Volleyball - Salem tips Flippin

In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Salem Greyhounds volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Flippin Bobcats.

The Greyhounds (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Midland was tipped by Izard County (Brockwell, AR), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bobcats meet the Valley Springs Tigers (Valley Springs, AR) in a 3A 2 challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Flippin will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 15-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, AR).
