California High School Volleyball - Piner over Healdsburg

In Thursday's league challenge, the host Piner Prospectors volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Healdsburg Greyhounds.

The Prospectors (17-6) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA). The Mustangs come into the North Bay - Redwood challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, St. Vincent de Paul was beaten by Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Greyhounds meet the Analy Tigers (Sebastopol, CA) in a North Bay - Redwood challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Healdsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 5-16 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 5-16 record after their 3-0 league win over Elsie Allen (Santa Rosa, CA).
