The Laguna Beach Breakers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Irvine Vaqueros to 0 in the Breakers league triumph on Thursday.

The Breakers now have a 5-22 record. They play next when they travel to Foothill for a non-league outing on Monday, October 7. Laguna Beach will play a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA). The Knights record now stands at 3-23.

With the loss, Irvine drops to 3-12 on the campaign. The Vaqueros travel to St. Margaret's (San Juan Capistrano, CA) to play the Tartans in a Pacific Coast outing on Tuesday, October 8. The Tartans come into the outing with a record of 12-6.
