Morton Panthers (Morton, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Kemper County Wildcats (DeKalb, MS), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Morton improves its record to 11-7 on the season.

The Wildcats now own a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Marion for a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. Kemper County will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Sumrall (Sumrall, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 20-7.
