In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Lamar County Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Spalding Jaguars.
The Trojans (20-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 13-18 record. In their last challenge, Mary Persons was beaten by Pike County (Zebulon, GA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Jaguars meet the Mary Persons Bulldogs (Forsyth, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Spalding will attempt to upgrade on its 2-16 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 13-18 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Pike County (Zebulon, GA).
