Idaho High School Volleyball - Wood River tips Minico

October 3, 2024: Rupert, ID 83350

The Wood River Wolverines (Hailey, ID) volleyball held off the host Minico Spartans (Rupert, ID), 3-2 in Thursday's league bout.

The Wolverines now possess a 16-7 record. They play next when they travel to Twin Falls for a 4A Great Basin - West bout on Tuesday, October 8. Wood River will clash with a Bruins team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Canyon Ridge (Twin Falls, ID). The Bruins record now stands at 8-10.

With the loss, Minico drops to 7-9 on the campaign. The Spartans host Pocatello (Pocatello, ID) to clash with the Thunder in a non-league bout on Monday, October 7. The Thunder come into the bout with a record of 14-5. Pocatello lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Timberline (Boise, ID)
