California High School Volleyball - Mt. Shasta over Weed

October 3, 2024: Mt. Shasta, CA 96067

In Thursday's league challenge, the host Mt. Shasta Bears volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Weed Cougars.

The Bears (18-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Trinity (Weaverville, CA). The Wolves enter the Shasta Cascade challenge with a 8-20 record. In their last challenge, Trinity was beaten by Etna (Etna, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Modoc Braves (Alturas, CA) in a Shasta Cascade challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Weed will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Braves enter the challenge with a 12-10 record after their 3-1 league loss to Fall River (McArthur, CA).
