In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting School of the Arts Silverhawks volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Wilson Magnet Wildcats.

The Silverhawks (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Early College (Yonkers, NY). The Sharks enter the non-league challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, Early College beat Monroe (Rochester, NY), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the World of Inquiry Griffins (Rochester, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 7. Wilson Magnet will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Griffins enter the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Edison Tech (Rochester, NY).
