North Carolina High School Volleyball - Starmount can't hold off South Stokes

October 3, 2024: Boonville, NC 27011

In Thursday's league match, the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) volleyball squad tipped the host Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC), by a count of 3-2.

Next up, the Sauras battle the North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) in a Northwest 1A match, on Tuesday, October 8. South Stokes will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record.

The Rams (2-14) will now prepare for their match against Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC). The Granite Bears enter the Northwest 1A match with a 6-12 record. In their last match, Mount Airy was tipped by North Surry (Mount Airy, NC), 3-0, in a non-league match.
