Texas High School Football - Little Cypress-Mauriceville nudges Hardin-Jefferson

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears (Orange, TX) and the host Hardin-Jefferson Hawks (Sour Lake, TX), witnessed Little Cypress-Mauriceville's football squad edge Hardin-Jefferson by a tally of 17-14.

The Bears (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Livingston (Livingston, TX). The Lions enter the 4A-1 Region III District 10 contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Livingston was nudged by Liberty (Liberty, TX), 38-35, in a league contest.
