New York High School Football - Tappan Zee edged by Peekskill

The Peekskill Red Devils football squad scored 22 points and limited the host Tappan Zee Dutchmen to 21 in the Red Devils league triumph on Friday.
The Red Devils now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Port Chester for a Section 1 Hudson Valley test on Saturday, October 11. Peekskill will meet a Rams squad coming off a 43-13 league loss to Albertus Magnus (Bardonia, NY). The Rams record now stands at 2-3.
The Dutchmen (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Greeley (Chappaqua, NY). The Quakers enter the Section 1 Hudson Valley challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Greeley held off Croton-Harmon (Croton on Hudson, NY), 2-0, in a league challenge.
