The Vance Charter Knights smashed the host Discovery Charter School Trailblazers soccer team by a tally of 9-0 in Friday's league game.
Next, the Knights face the Eno River Academy Bobcats (Hillsborough, NC) in a Triangle North 1A/2A game, on Tuesday, October 7. Vance Charter will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC).
With the loss, Discovery Charter School moves to 0-5 on the year. The Trailblazers host Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC) to encounter the Griffins in a Triangle North 1A/2A bout on Tuesday, October 7. The Griffins go into the bout with a record of 8-5. Oxford Prep lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC)
