The Aquinas Institute Little Irish (Rochester, NY) volleyball overcame the host Edison Tech Inventors (Rochester, NY), 3-0 in Friday's non-league contest.

The Little Irish (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Kearney (Rochester, NY). The Kings enter the Section 5 Private-Parochial contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Bishop Kearney notched a victory over Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Inventors encounter the Franklin Bulldogs (Rochester, NY) in a Section 5 Rochester battle, on Monday, October 6. Edison Tech will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 5-7 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Early College (Yonkers, NY).
