Texas High School Volleyball - Beckville over Timpson

In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Beckville Bearcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Timpson Bears.

The Bearcats (27-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Waskom (Waskom, TX). The Wildcats come into the 2A Region III District 20 challenge with a 15-23 record. In their last challenge, Waskom went down by Elysian Fields (Elysian Fields, TX), 3-1, in a league test.

The Bears now sport a 16-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gary for a 2A Region III District 20 test on Tuesday, October 7. Timpson will play a Bobcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Garrison (Garrison, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-13.
