Spencerport Rangers (Spencerport, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Brighton Bruins (Rochester, NY), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Spencerport improves its record to 7-5 on the season. The Rangers travel to Churchville-Chili (Churchville, NY) to face the Saints in a Section 5 Monroe County II challenge on Tuesday, October 7. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Churchville-Chili lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Wayne (Ontario Center, NY)

The Bruins now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hilton for a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. Brighton will face a Cadets squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Our Lady of Mercy (Rochester, NY). The Cadets record now stands at 5-8.
