Illinois High School Volleyball - Leland can't get by Earlville

Earlville Red Raiders (Earlville, IL) followers left the game pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Leland Panthers (Leland, IL), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Red Raiders now have a 12-11 record. They play next when they travel to DePue for a non-league outing on Monday, October 6. Earlville will face a Little Giants squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL). The Little Giants record now stands at 0-14.

The Panthers (9-9) will now prepare for their game against Gardner-South Wilmington (Gardner, IL). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 15-8 record. In their last game, Gardner-South Wilmington nudged Woodland (Streator, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
