The Iraan Braves edged the visiting Fort Hancock Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Braves confront the McCamey Badgers (McCamey, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 7. Iraan will attempt to advance on its 4-17 season record. The Badgers go into the game with a 15-8 record after their 3-2 league loss to Van Horn (Van Horn, TX).
The Mustangs (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Wink (Wink, TX). The Wildcats come into the 2A Region I District 3 outing with a 21-15 record. In their last outing, Wink edged Van Horn (Van Horn, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.
