The Pflugerville Connally Cougars volleyball squad (Austin, TX), dropped 3-0 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX)

With the win, Georgetown improves its record to 24-11 on the season. The Eagles host East View (Georgetown, TX) to encounter the Patriots in a 5A Region III District 23 battle on Tuesday, October 7. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 18-19. East View lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Weiss (Pflugerville, TX)

The Cougars now own a 5-28 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pflugerville for a 5A Region III District 23 contest on Tuesday, October 7. Pflugerville Connally will battle a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to St. Michael's (Austin, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 12-24.
