Fans at Friday's league contest between the Graford Rabbits (Graford, TX) and the host Poolville Monarchs (Poolville, TX), observed Graford's volleyball team top Poolville by a count of 3-1.

The Rabbits (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lipan (Lipan, TX). The Indians enter the contest with a 9-18 record. In their last contest, Lipan was knocked off by Alvord (Alvord, TX), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Monarchs now own a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lindsay for a 2A Region II District 9 battle on Tuesday, October 7. Poolville will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Chico (Chico, TX). The Knights record now stands at 28-7.
