Texas High School Volleyball - Nimitz bounced by MacArthur

MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Nimitz Cougars (Houston, TX), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Generals (13-23) will now prepare for their challenge against Eisenhower (Houston, TX). The Eagles come into the 6A Region II District 14 challenge with a 20-12 record. In their last test, Eisenhower was defeated by Benjamin Davis (Houston, TX), 3-0, in a league test.

The Cougars now own a 7-24 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aldine for a 6A Region II District 14 test on Tuesday, October 7.
