The Midwest City Bombers volleyball team (Midwest City, OK), was beaten 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Ponca City Wildcats (Ponca City, OK)

The Wildcats (13-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Putnam City North (Oklahoma City, OK). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 14-11 record. In their last challenge, Putnam City North was beaten by Ponca City (Ponca City, OK), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bombers face the Putnam City West Patriots (Oklahoma City, OK) in a non-league test, on Saturday, October 4. Midwest City will attempt to improve on its 8-21 season record. The Patriots go into the test with a 6-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Putnam City North (Oklahoma City, OK).
