Virginia High School Volleyball - Regents over Ridgeview Christian

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Regents Lions (Charlottesville, VA) and the host Ridgeview Christian Crusaders (Stuarts Draft, VA), observed Regents's volleyball team top Ridgeview Christian by a count of 3-0.

The Lions (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA). The Tornadoes go into the non-league battle with a 12-8 record. In their last battle, Timberlake Christian achieved victory over Faith Christian (Roanoke, VA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

The Crusaders now own a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roanoke Valley Christian for a non-league battle on Monday, October 6. Ridgeview Christian will encounter a EAGLES squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy (Moneta, VA). The EAGLES record now stands at 12-7.
