The Santa Clarita Christian Cardinals edged the host St. Monica Academy Crusaders volleyball team by a tally of 3-2 in Friday's league outing.
The Cardinals now have a 16-8 record. They play next when they host Faith Baptist for a Heritage outing on Tuesday, October 7. Santa Clarita Christian will play a Contenders team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA). The Contenders record now stands at 14-6.
With the loss, St. Monica Academy moves to 8-9 on the season. The Crusaders host Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA) to confront the Knights in a Heritage game on Wednesday, October 8. The Knights go into the game with a record of 14-4. Trinity Classical Academy won 3-0 in their recent league game against Vasquez (Acton, CA)
