The Midway Raiders edged the visiting St. Pauls Bulldogs soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next, the Raiders face the Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, November 6. Midway will attempt to advance on its 13-3 season record. The Gators enter the game with a 6-5 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Princeton (Princeton, NC).
The Bulldogs (6-12) will now prepare for their game against Pender (Burgaw, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Pender held off Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC), 4-0, in a non-league game.
