The Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) soccer overwhelmed the visiting West Lincoln Rebels (Lincolnton, NC), 8-0 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Wolves now hold a 16-5 record.
With the loss, West Lincoln moves to 4-14 on the year. The Rebels travel to East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC) to encounter the Cavaliers in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A challenge on Wednesday, November 6. The Cavaliers go into the challenge with a record of 1-18. East Burke lost 9-0 in their recent league challenge against West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC)
