Vermont Academy Wildcats (Saxtons River, VT) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Proctor Academy Hornets (Andover, NH), 1-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Vermont Academy advances its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Woodstock (Woodstock, CT) to clash with the Centaurs in a non-league test on Saturday, November 2. The Centaurs come into the test with a record of 9-0. Woodstock won 6-0 in their recent league test against Andrews Osborne Academy (Willoughby, OH)

The Hornets now have a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Paul's for a Lakes Region test on Friday, November 1. Proctor Academy will clash with a Big Red team coming off a 4-2 league win over Tilton School (Tilton, NH). The Big Red record now stands at 3-9.
