Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD), 5-0 in a non-league outing.
The Eagles (12-4) will now prepare for their outing against The Heights (Potomac, MD). The go into the non-league outing with a 10-5 record. In their last outing, The Heights got by St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD), 6-1, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 7-9 record.
