The Chassell Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Watersmeet Nimrods to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Thursday.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Baraga Vikings (Baraga, MI) in a Copper Mountain game, on Monday, November 3. Chassell will attempt to advance on its 11-10 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 17-8 record after their 3-1 league win over Ewen-Trout Creek (Ewen, MI).

The Nimrods (1-18) will now prepare for their game against Ontonagon (Ontonagon, MI). The Gladiators enter the Freelance game with a 9-11 record. In their last game, Ontonagon gained a win over L'Anse (L'Anse, MI), 3-2, in a league outing.
