The Carlsbad Cavemen volleyball team (Carlsbad, NM), was dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM)
The Wildcats (12-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Hobbs (Hobbs, NM). The Eagles enter the 5A District 4 challenge with a 10-11 record. In their last challenge, Hobbs defeated Roswell (Roswell, NM), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cavemen meet the Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) in a 5A District 4 challenge, on Thursday, November 2. Carlsbad will attempt to move on its 6-14 season record. The Coyotes enter the challenge with a 12-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hobbs (Hobbs, NM).
