The Severance Silver Knights softball team (Severance, CO), was tipped 3-2 in Monday's non-league test with the host Frederick Warriors (Frederick, CO)

Coming up next, the Warriors encounter the Roosevelt Roughriders (Johnstown, CO) in a 4A Longs Peak test, on Tuesday, October 5. Frederick will attempt to improve on its 14-7 season record. The Roughriders come into the test with a 16-5 record after their 13-0 league win over Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO).

The Silver Knights (14-7) will now prepare for their test against Berthoud (Berthoud, CO). The Spartans come into the 4A Longs Peak test with a 12-9 record. In their last test, Berthoud was tipped by Lutheran (Parker, CO), 10-0, in a non-league test.
