The Valley Christian Defenders topped the host Maranatha Minutemen volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Defenders now have a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Village Christian for a test on Thursday, October 6.
The Minutemen (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA). The Heralds enter the test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Whittier Christian was knocked off by Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
