The Elks/Elkettes (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos come into the non-league battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Moriarty lost by Miyamura (Gallup, NM), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 6. Taos will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Sundevils come into the battle with a 0-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM).
