California High School Volleyball - Fremont tips Saratoga

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA) and the visiting Saratoga Falcons (Saratoga, CA), saw Fremont's volleyball squad nip Saratoga by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Fremont upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Firebirds travel to Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA) to play the Chargers in a bout on Thursday, October 6. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 7-16. Wilcox won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Kathleen MacDonald (San Jose, CA)
The Falcons now own a 9-9 record. They play next when they host Homestead for a bout on Thursday, October 6. Saratoga will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-5.
