The Lakewood Leopards volleyball team (Roseboro, NC), was dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC)

The Rebels (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Union (Rose Hill, NC). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 3-13 record. In their last challenge, Union was dropped by Rosewood (Goldsboro, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Leopards meet the Hobbton Wildcats (Newton Grove, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Lakewood will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Neuse Charter (Smithfield, NC).
