The Panthers (17-0) will now prepare for their challenge against South Central (Winterville, NC). The Falcons enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record.

Next, the Seahawks meet the Lejeune Devil Pups (Camp Lejeune, NC) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Southside will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Devil Pups enter the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Pamlico County (Bayboro, NC).
