The Piner Prospectors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting St. Vincent de Paul Mustangs to 0 in the Prospectors league victory on Tuesday.
The Prospectors now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rancho Cotate for a game on Tuesday, October 18.
The Mustangs (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Bentley (Lafayette, CA). The Phoenix enter the non-league game with a 5-7 record. In their last game, Bentley dropped by International (San Francisco, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
