Scituate Spartans (North Scituate, RI) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Blackstone Valley Prep PRIDE (Cumberland, RI), 3-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans confront the Block Island (New Shoreham, RI) in a Division 4 challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Scituate will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record.

The PRIDE now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Paul Cuffee for a Division 4 challenge on Friday, October 7.
